How To Prevent Hair Loss In Men and How To Reduce Hair Fall

I was born with beautiful soft tresses but as I grow older, but now I noticed my hair started to become brittle, dull and limp. The biggest scare was when I started losing hair. I started to look for treatments to prevent the hair loss but the ones that seem to work are either excessively expensive.

I started reading and researching and found that surprisingly, there are natural ways on how to prevent hair loss for men.

Today, I’m going to share with you 3 simple ways how I stopped my hair loss naturally.

Removing the stress from my hair

The first thing I did was stop myself from subjecting my hair to abuse. I love styling and blow drying my hair and I didn’t realized I was causing it to turn dry and dull. My hair lost its natural moisture due to excessive styling and blow-drying.

I minimized the use of blow dryers and let my hair dry naturally. If I use a blow dryer, I set my settings to low. The heat from the curling iron and straightening irons were also affecting my hair,

So I stopped using it for a while. Now I just use it if is necessary. Did you know that when hair is wet, it is best to use a wide-toothed comb? Do not use a brush and comb your hair lightly.

Making changes on my diet

Just like the body, the hair needs nourishment. The hair gets its nourishment from the food we eat. Eating food rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids can help give the necessary protein needed to help built body tissues. Carrots, leafy greens, and eggs produced Vitamin-A, which is important in healthy hair because it helps with fat synthesis.

Vitamin Some of the most important Vitamins and minerals for healthy hair includes Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, calcium, copper, magnesium, zinc and iron and you can find them from eating vegetables.

Using Natural treatments

Shampoo and conditioners contain chemicals that can damage your hair. Some hair products contain natural ingredients but they can be expensive and this is not option for me.

There are many natural treatments available to stop hair loss. Plants, herbs, and flowers have properties that can act as treatment for hair problems thus, preventing hair loss. What is amazing is that many of these things are available at home.
